What's in my hospital bag!

Hello again!

Today i will show what's in my hospital bag(s)!
I will bring my babys bag as well as a little suitcase for my clothes and necessities and of course my husband is bringing his backpack with his stuff.

I purchased my babys bag from www.jollyroom.se with other many baby things and it looks like this:

The brand is kidzroom and costs 599kr which is about 58 euros. It has many pockets inside and it's about a medium size bag.

In the front pockets I have the following products:

1. Nursing pads by Meddela and Libero. (For the possible milk that will leak from the breasts).
2. Lanoline. (For the itchiness and dryness of breasts).
3. Vitamin D drops.
4. A nappy for newborns.

On the inside:

1. Baby whipes from Apotekhjärtat.
2. 2 Samples of Bepanthen cream. (A cream for redness).
3. One diaper from Libero.
4. 3 Baby hats for newborns, they grey and panda one from h&m and the one white from Lindex.
5. 3 Pairs of gloves from Lindex.
6. 2 Pairs of socks from h&m.

Clothes for the baby:

1. 4 Little towels.
2. 5 Baby jumpers from h&m.
3. 3 Pair of pants from Lidl and h&m.
4. An overall for when we get out the hospital.

Here in Sweden the hospitals provide you most of the stuff that the baby needs so most of the stuff that i packed will not be needed probably. When you get out of the hospital they also give you some diapers and other necessities.

For me, i packed 2 nursing tops, 4 nursing bras, underwear, slippers ( i packed my crocs because they are very comfortable), a robe and 2 pyjama sets. I also packed clothes for when i leave the hospital.

My husband packed pyjamas, slippers and we bought also food food for him during the stay in the hospital.

Yours sincerely,
Fenia.

P.S. I have not yet delivered my baby and still 40+6 and counting...

Week 41 plus 3

Hey! So this week is my final week of pregnancy even though i passed my due date. I went to my midwife appointment today as usual and all the results were fine. How i feel this week: When i am walking these days i feel a pressure from the inside, a sense that feels like baby pushes me and wants to come out… and sometimes i have pain when i am walking. I talked about it with my midwife and said that it is all normal because i am in my month to give birth. Sometimes when i feel that i can not walk i feel frustrated and tired of my pregnancy. It is all about the waiting process... My thoughts about this week: Overall i am calm and not panicking and i think all pregos should be like that because if you stress out the baby can feel it. Even though i feel like a watermelon that is ready to explode i try to keep myself calm by thinking other stuff. Tips of the week: If you are in the same position as me try not to stress keep calm and do your usual hobbies. If you are feeling health

Week 39

Hi again! Today i am 39 weeks exactly and i am expecting in 7 days from today…! How i feel this week: Same as the previous weeks nothing much has changed. I am sleeping very well at nights. We also made a renovation in our bedroom and helped my husband moving things and i was completely able to do it. The only thing is that i feel heavier and heavier each day. My thoughts about this week: Still waiting and now I sometimes think about the delivery and when it is going to happen. Both of us are tired of waiting and my husband is also tired of seeing me having difficulties to walk and breath. At the same time we cannot wait to see him! Tips of  the week: Try to keep your diet healthy as you are preparing to breastfeed! Yours sincerely, Fenia. P.s. This weeks bellyshot!

Week 37 plus 6

Hi there! My name is Fenia I am 29 years old and i am coming from Greece but I live in Sweden! I started this blog because I wanted to have a type of diary to write down my thoughts and feelings during my pregnancy and after the baby is born. I hope I can inspire or help other mom-to-be or moms! How I feel this week: Nothing special or difference but as the days pass I am feeling heavier and sometimes  I cannot walk properly because of the pain in the hips which is common when you are pregnant. Overall I had a very easy going pregnancy without complications and illness. My thoughts about this week: These days feel so long because I cannot wait to give birth to my first child! My husband also says everyday that he wants to cuddle him already ( yep it is a boy!)! Tips for today: Keep stress away from you. There is nothing to be worried about, just think about soon you will have your baby in your arms! Yours sincerely, Fenia. Γεια σας! Το όνομα μου είναι Φένια είμαι 29 χρο
